I am responsible for my work and behavior. Decisions are made based on what I should be concerned about, and if these decisions result in bad outcomes, then the consequences follow. I have to be careful about my actions because it is my duty.

I strive to equally show my respect toward people from diverse cultures. I also show supportive energy to people because it is a way to prove I value them and their work. Being inclusive can be enhanced in teamwork by sharing thoughts and ideas and not harassing or discriminating against each other.

Building a trustworthy relationship between the audience and advertisers starts with speaking the truth. Although it is hard to practice, I try to be honest and truthful when working with others or having a general conversation. The small act will make me impact my relationship with others in the best way.

Just as I value myself, others are important to be valued, too. This act should first come from showing respect. It brings positivity and shows honor for others. I will always be respectful to people around me because every individual’s opinions are important and meaningful.

Whenever I face a difficult situation or challenge, I should have the power to endure it myself. It is important to learn how to act alone because it helps to increase my self-confidence and self-esteem. Building trust between people is significant, but more importantly, I should trust myself first.

All individuals should be appreciated for their work. For every project I work on, it is my job to credit the author because the work that they have done helped my work. I also appreciate my colleagues for being supportive and caring.
